6. Monitor inflight services to ensure all safety protocols are being followed.
7. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
8. Continuously strive to improve the customer service experience and provide feedback to management.
9. Assist with onboarding and training of new crew members.
10. Remain up to date with all Alaska Airlines policies, procedures, and services.
