
Inflight Services Coordinator
Alaska Airlines is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inflight Services Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for a passionate and customer service-oriented individual who is ready to take on the challenge of ensuring our customers have an excellent travel experience.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role. They must be detail-oriented, have excellent organization skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers have an excellent travel experience by providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and manage customer service inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies.
- Assist in the onboarding of new staff and provide ongoing training and support.
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Inflight Services department.
- Monitor and review customer feedback and develop action plans to address any areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
