Job Description

Alaska Airlines is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inflight Services Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for a passionate and customer service-oriented individual who is ready to take on the challenge of ensuring our customers have an excellent travel experience.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role. They must be detail-oriented, have excellent organization skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure customers have an excellent travel experience by providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Monitor and manage customer service inquiries and complaints.
  3. Maintain and update customer records.
  4. Develop and implement customer service strategies.
  5. Assist in the onboarding of new staff and provide ongoing training and support.
  6. Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Inflight Services department.
  7. Monitor and review customer feedback and develop action plans to address any areas of improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  9. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
