
Inflight Services Coordinator
Are you an experienced travel professional with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for an Inflight Services Coordinator to join the Alaska Airlines team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience on board our aircraft. You must be an organized team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to succeed in this position.The ideal candidate for this role has a minimum of one year of customer service experience in the airline industry, along with a high school diploma or GED. You must also have a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. As an Inflight Services Coordinator, you must have an upbeat attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to make our guests feel valued and appreciated. Responsibilities of an Inflight Services Coordinator include:
-Ensuring a high-quality customer experience on board Alaska Airlines aircraft. -Providing exceptional customer service to guests. -Organizing flight crew and equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable flight. -Maintaining accurate records of flight schedules and passenger manifests. -Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. -Troubleshooting and resolving customer service issues in a timely manner. -Assisting with boarding and deplaning passengers. -Providing helpful and courteous customer service while on board the aircraft. -Performing pre-flight safety checks and other duties as assigned. -Assisting with cabin maintenance and cleaning. -Maintaining and enforcing safety standards and procedures.
