Inflight Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Inflight Services department
• Oversee flight attendant scheduling
• Manage passenger services
• Ensure a safe and secure onboard environment
• Ensure compliance with airline regulations and safety protocols
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Monitors performance of flight attendants and crew members
• Provide training to new flight attendants and crew members
• Track and report on operational data and performance metrics
• Maintain positive relationships with staff and stakeholders
• Develop and implement new procedures and processes for the Inflight Services department.
