Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to all Alaska Airlines safety protocols and regulations.
2. Maintain a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with the appropriate aircraft type rating and a current FAA first class medical certificate.
3. Log and track all flight hours and pilot-in-command time.
4. Ensure outstanding customer service by providing passengers with a safe and comfortable flight.
5. Pilot aircraft in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations.
6. Monitor the aircraft's instruments, aircraft systems, and surrounding environment to ensure a safe flight.
7. Communicate with air traffic controllers and other aircraft in the vicinity.
8. Maintain knowledge of applicable navigation charts and procedures.
9. Utilize problem solving skills to respond to unpredictable situations in flight.
10. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
