Alaska Airlines is looking for an experienced and motivated Pilot to join our team of aviation professionals and help ensure that our passengers have a safe and enjoyable flight experience. As the Pilot, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and play an integral role in the success of Alaska Airlines.We are looking for a Pilot who is detail-oriented, passionate about aviation, and committed to following the highest safety standards. To be successful in this position, you must have a commercial pilot’s license, 3 years of experience, and a current FAA Airman Medical Certificate. You should also possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. If you are motivated, organized, and have a strong commitment to customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety protocols and FAA regulations.
- Operate aircraft safely and efficiently.
- Develop and execute flight plans for domestic and international routes.
- Monitor weather patterns to adjust flight plans as needed.
- Communicate with air traffic controllers to ensure safe navigation.
- Maintain aircraft logbooks and records.
- Ensure all passengers have a comfortable and safe experience.
- Provide passengers with pre-flight safety briefings.
- Monitor and adjust crew and passenger activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed.
- Remain current on new aviation technology and regulations.
