
Reporting Coordinator
As an individual contributor, this position supports inflight safety and compliance reporting activities for Alaska Airlines (AS). Inputs Flight Attendant Incident Report (FAIR) program reports. Conducts analysis, identifies incident risk and trends, and coordinates after-action activities. Participates in Inflight Accident Investigation team. Performs division audits of the SMS, as directed by Director, Inflight Safety and Compliance. Promotes safety in the Inflight division by developing, implementing, and maintaining SMS processes. Coordinates and compiles departmental safety and compliance data. Inputs flight attendant training records and maintains multiple databases to create and generate standing reports.
