
Reservation Agent

Additionally, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain courteous and understanding in all types of customer interactions. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests related to flight reservations and other services provided by Alaska Airlines.
- Ensure customers are provided with accurate and up-to-date information regarding their reservations.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner.
- Provide solutions to customer complaints and issues to the best of your ability.
- Assist customers with making new reservations and modifications to existing reservations.
- Process customer payments.
- Manage customer data and ensure it is entered correctly in the system.
- Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to improve customer satisfaction.
- Remain up-to-date with new products, services, and promotional offers offered by Alaska Airlines.
