Job Description

Alaska Airlines is looking for an experienced and passionate Reservation Agent to join our team. We’re looking for an individual who is highly organized and customer service-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor. As a Reservation Agent, you will be an integral part of our team and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain courteous and understanding in all types of customer interactions. Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests related to flight reservations and other services provided by Alaska Airlines.
  2. Ensure customers are provided with accurate and up-to-date information regarding their reservations.
  3. Provide outstanding customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
  4. Ensure all customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner.
  5. Provide solutions to customer complaints and issues to the best of your ability.
  6. Assist customers with making new reservations and modifications to existing reservations.
  7. Process customer payments.
  8. Manage customer data and ensure it is entered correctly in the system.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to improve customer satisfaction.
  10. Remain up-to-date with new products, services, and promotional offers offered by Alaska Airlines.
