Reservation Agent

We are looking for an exceptional Reservation Agent to join the Alaska Airlines team and help provide exceptional customer service every day. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding reservations and flight information • Provide courteous and professional customer service • Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and other inquiries • Accurately enter customer information into reservation and airline systems • Maintain customer satisfaction by offering solutions to inquiries and complaints • Monitor customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance • Use problem-solving skills to quickly resolve customer issues • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Maintain a working knowledge of current airline policies, procedures, and rules • Remain up-to-date on all new products and services offered by the airline • Update customer contact information to ensure accurate records • Stay organized and prioritize customer requests and inquiries
