
Reservation Agent
We are looking for an exceptional Reservation Agent to join the Alaska Airlines team and help provide exceptional customer service every day. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, loves interacting with people, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You should be detail-oriented, have a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interaction. Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal, are essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities: • Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding reservations and flight information • Provide courteous and professional customer service • Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and other inquiries • Accurately enter customer information into reservation and airline systems • Maintain customer satisfaction by offering solutions to inquiries and complaints • Monitor customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance • Use problem-solving skills to quickly resolve customer issues • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Maintain a working knowledge of current airline policies, procedures, and rules • Remain up-to-date on all new products and services offered by the airline • Update customer contact information to ensure accurate records • Stay organized and prioritize customer requests and inquiries
