Reservation Agent

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Reservation Agent at Alaska Airlines. In this role, you’ll be interacting with customers over the phone and providing them with information about Alaska Airlines flights and services. You’ll be a key part of ensuring our customers have the best possible experience when making or changing reservations and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a friendly and energetic personality. You should also have a thorough understanding of Alaska Airlines’ services and policies. Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role is also a plus.
