6. Remain up-to-date with airline policies and procedures, as well as industry trends.
7. Assist with training and onboarding of new reservation agents.
8. Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
9. Take initiative to develop solutions to customer service issues.
10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
