Reservation Agent

Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and requests via telephone and email in a timely and friendly manner • Provide accurate information on Alaska Airlines products and services, including flight schedules, fares, and promotions • Research and resolve customer concerns and complaints • Process customer ticketing, changes, and cancellations • Assist customers with special requests, such as seat assignments, meal selections, and more • Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations • Ensure compliance with Alaska Airlines service standards • Accurately enter data into the reservations system • Monitor and respond to customer feedback • Monitor and track customer service metrics and KPIs • Participate in ongoing customer service training and development
