As our company continues to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Asset Protection Manager to join our team at our Distribution Center/Supply Chain. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of asset protection, including loss prevention, risk management, and security protocols. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in supply chain and distribution center management, coupled with a keen eye for identifying and mitigating potential risks.   1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies and procedures in line with company policies and industry best practices.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization's assets.
  3. Train and educate employees on asset protection protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify patterns and trends in areas such as theft, fraud, and safety incidents.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually improve asset protection measures and address any identified weaknesses.
  6. Conduct investigations into suspected incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
  7. Coordinate with law enforcement and other external agencies as needed.
  8. Manage and maintain all security systems and equipment, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
  9. Conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Prepare and present reports on asset protection performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely and effective response to security incidents.
  12. Keep up to date with industry developments and changes in regulations related to asset protection and make necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
  13. Provide guidance and support to employees on safety measures and emergency protocols.
  14. Oversee the training and supervision of a team of asset protection associates.
  15. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention Within A Distribution Center Or Supply Chain Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Proven Strategies For Preventing Loss And Minimizing Risk.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Training Programs.

  • Familiarity With Distribution Center Operations And The Ability To Identify Potential Risks And Vulnerabilities In The Supply Chain Process.
