
Corporate Maintenance Manager

- Oversee all maintenance operations for the corporate office and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the efficient and effective operation of all corporate facilities.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Create and maintain maintenance schedules, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections of corporate facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring all expenses are within budgetary constraints.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for maintenance activities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in maintenance technology to continually improve maintenance operations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on maintenance activities and expenses.
- Address and resolve any maintenance-related customer complaints or issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to maintenance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the maintenance team.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Maintenance And Facilities Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Maintenance Management Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Knowledge And Experience With Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Maintenance Best Practices.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Coordinate A Team Of Maintenance Technicians.
Familiarity With Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Cmms) And Other Software Used For Tracking And Managing Maintenance Activities.
