- Develop and implement district-wide asset protection strategies and programs to minimize losses and protect company assets.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify any vulnerabilities or potential threats to assets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of asset protection programs.
- Collaborate with store managers and district leadership to ensure compliance with asset protection policies and procedures.
- Train and educate store associates on asset protection best practices and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve any instances of theft, fraud, or other security incidents within the district.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of district asset protection team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in asset protection technology to continuously improve strategies and programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and other external partners to support asset protection efforts.
- Communicate regularly with district and company leadership to provide updates on asset protection initiatives and results.
- Develop and manage district asset protection budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Support company-wide initiatives and collaborate with other district asset protection managers to share best practices and drive consistency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws related to asset protection and security.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
- Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the district.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Related To Asset Protection, Including Theft, Fraud, And Workplace Safety.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Asset Protection Employees.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations And Make Critical Decisions.
