- Stocking shelves with products: The Night Stocker will be responsible for restocking shelves with products and ensuring they are organized and displayed properly.
- Maintaining inventory levels: The Night Stocker will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and notifying management when products are running low.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization: The Night Stocker will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping and mopping the aisles and keeping products in their designated areas.
- Working independently: The Night Stocker will be expected to work independently during the night shift, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately without supervision.
- Following safety protocols: The Night Stocker will be responsible for following all safety protocols while stocking shelves, including proper lifting techniques and handling hazardous materials.
- Checking product quality: The Night Stocker will be responsible for checking the quality of products and removing any damaged or expired items from the shelves.
- Collaborating with team members: While working independently, the Night Stocker will also need to collaborate with other team members, such as the overnight manager, to ensure tasks are completed on time and efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service: The Night Stocker will be expected to provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions and helping them locate products.
- Adhering to company policies: The Night Stocker will be responsible for following all company policies and procedures, including punctuality, attendance, and dress code.

Ability To Work Flexible Hours: Night Stockers At Albertsons Are Required To Work Overnight Shifts, Often Starting Late In The Evening And Ending Early In The Morning. Therefore, Candidates For This Position Must Be Willing And Able To Work A Flexible Schedule.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Lifting And Carrying Heavy Boxes And Stocking Shelves For Extended Periods Of Time. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Without Difficulty.
Attention To Detail: As A Night Stocker, It Is Crucial To Accurately Stock Shelves And Rotate Products To Ensure Freshness And Organization. Candidates Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Maintain A High Level Of Accuracy.
