- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all products are facing forward and properly labeled.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including backroom and storage areas.
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and stocking products.
- Assist customers in locating and retrieving products as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and product handling.
- Identify and report any damaged or expired products to management.
- Utilize equipment and tools, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay updated on store policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
