Maintenance Supervisor

Aid, guide, and provide functional direction to Maintenance personnel and guide/communicate with production in the performance of their duties as required by operating schedule and conditions. Collect information on current and anticipated conditions, communicate the knowledge to production, and create Work Requests with a Scope of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM) in our maintenance management program. Responsibility extends into safety, equipment efficiencies, schedule completion, quality of work, adherence to procedures, and continuous improvement activities. Job scope extends into production supervision as needed and the position is a day shift role. Maintain a good technical knowledge of operations and work conducted by maintenance. This is to include contracted/third party work. Provide inputs to the utilization of the teams for planning.
