Manage full recruitment life cycle for the hourly workforce. Screen resumes and applications for job fit, conduct initial in person interviews, and make key recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided. Coordinate pre-employment aptitude testing. Coordinate physical abilities testing with candidates and training coordinator. Effectively connect with the medical coordinator and medical staff when new hires have accepted a position. Keep accurate documentation of recruiting progress up to date in ATS and analyze and prepare recruiting metrics using dashboards. Source high quality candidates and assess and summarize the candidate's career experience, motivation to leave current role, availability requirements. Build and maintain successful relationships with viable candidates and leadership teams throughout the recruiting process. Greet and acclimate candidates during onsite visits, tours and interviews.
