Job Description

At ALDI, we are in search of a Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is committed to upholding the highest standards in safety, security and customer service. The successful candidate will possess a combination of skills and experience that will enable them to successfully investigate and prevent theft, fraud and other losses in our retail stores. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or equivalent experience• Minimum of two years of loss prevention, security, or investigations experience• Knowledge of security systems, CCTV, alarm systems and other loss prevention technologies• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Working knowledge of current laws and regulations related to loss prevention• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel
