Shift Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Shift Manager to join the ALDI team and help us provide an exceptional shopping experience for all our customers. As a Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team to ensure that our store runs smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. You’ll be expected to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities, and manage our store operations in a safe and secure manner.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a retail or supervisory position. You should also have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team are all essential qualities we’re looking for in a Shift Manager.
