Job Description

The ALDI team is looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Manager to join our growing team. As a Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for supervising employees and ensuring that all store operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service, establishing and enforcing store policies, and managing daily store operations.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of retail experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service and have the skills to lead and motivate a team, we want to hear from you!
