Job Description

As the Human Resources Manager for our manufacturing site in Princeton, IL, you will initiate actions to harness the power of our employees and culture to create people-related strategies that enable the transformation of our business. You will foster an environment of collaborative employee relations, being an advocate for our employees while balancing the needs of the business. Partner with leaders to support overall business strategies. Partner with the business to design and execute strategies focused on recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement and the retention of our employees. Engage and build relationships with our employees to deeply understand our business and people.
