
Account Manager, Client Business Management
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Account Manager, Client Business Management to join our team at Alliance Data Systems. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Understand client business requirements and develop comprehensive solutions that meet their needs.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure services are delivered as promised.
- Analyze client data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve customer service issues.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts and provide timely updates to internal teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow client relationships.
- Assist in the development of client marketing plans and campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of client accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
