1. Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of our IT infrastructure and systems.
2. Respond to and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients and escalate as needed.
3. Document and track all incidents and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
5. Continuously monitor and assess system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to prevent downtime.
6. Conduct regular system checks and audits to ensure security and compliance.
7. Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to improve processes and procedures.
9. Train and mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including following ITIL best practices.
11. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support if required.
12. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure service level agreements are met.
13. Contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
14. Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for preventing recurring technical issues.
15. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the IT Command Center.
