
Manager, IAM
Build a strong IAM foundation and serve as the IAM subject matter expert. Lead the design and development of IAM solution to meet program requirements. Provide input to Executive Management strategies for the implementation of a modern Identity and Access Management program Design IAM processes and identify opportunities for improvements. Work across functions to improve IAM solutions to enhance compliance requirements and best practices. Be the primary point of escalation for operational and security issues for all IAM technologies. Lead and support ongoing IAM systems operations, maintenance and specific problem resolution. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues. Create and manage a training program to develop the IAM team. Develop and increase the capability and skills of the current team. Produce & Review daily, weekly, monthly reports to measure services against key performance & risk indicators. Continually assess and provide discerning development, insightful coaching and talent utilization/optimization for direct reports.
8+ years’ experience in Identity and Access Management, required
Experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g. Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare)
Prior experience that includes successful design, implementation and operation of enterprise information security service capabilities and functions in technically complex organizations
Experience developing and running multiyear, complex technology initiatives and programs
Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
