Ensure status updates are timely with vendor network to ensure efforts are meeting our expectations. Report performance issues to leadership to suggest adding or removing vendors. Follow up with vendors to ensure appropriate efforts and goals are achieved. Maintain working relationships with vendors, and agencies that work in cooperation with the specialty areas. Create and deliver insightful reports on vendor performance. Research, evaluate, design, and test the need and development of process and product changes. Consistently supports Loss Prevention team with designing and implementing new reports, queues, views, or other enhancements in Akcelerant. Participate in new and innovative projects to improve efficient servicing operations and success of strategy.
