
Compensation Analyst
Supports the management, development, design, evaluation, implementation and administration of the company’s compensation programs and initiatives. Researches and performs data analysis and special project work in order to review effectiveness of current compensation programs and formulate recommendations. Responsible for the annual merit and incentive process including project planning, communication, and execution. Gathers and analyzes data relating to market pay practices and projected merit budgets and provides advice on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretations, and creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs. Trains and mentors compensation team members to achieve department objectives.
4-7 years’ related work experience supporting the design and administration of base pay and incentive compensation programs
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or CCP coursework, preferred
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions
