- Develop and implement HR systems and processes that align with Allianz's global growth and success goals.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to design and execute strategies that support a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage and maintain HR systems and technology, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR systems and technology.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the People & Culture team and other departments on HR systems and technology.
- Train and support employees on the use of HR systems and technology.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making related to HR systems and processes.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with HR systems.
- Conduct audits and recommend improvements to optimize the effectiveness of HR systems and processes.
- Stay informed on regulatory requirements and ensure HR systems and processes are compliant.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance employee experience and engagement through HR systems and processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support company goals.
- Communicate updates and changes related to HR systems and processes to relevant stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the People & Culture team.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Hr Systems, Preferably In A Consulting Role.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Performance Management.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Implement System Changes And Upgrades.
Knowledge Of Allianz's Policies And Procedures, As Well As Experience Working In A Multinational Company, Is Preferred.
