- Develop and manage contracts for new products and services, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, legal counsel, and sales representatives, to gather requirements and negotiate contract terms.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential product development opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for product development initiatives.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract management and product development processes.
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring favorable terms and cost-effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and internal team members.
- Continuously improve contract management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to management and other relevant parties.
- Train and mentor new team members on contract management processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract management activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Products And Industry Regulations.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Product Development Or Contract Negotiation Within The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Strong Attention To Detail.
