Proficiency In Somali Language: The First And Foremost Qualification For A Somali Interpreter Job At Allina Health System Is Fluency In The Somali Language. This Includes Excellent Command Over Spoken And Written Somali, As Well As The Ability To Interpret Complex Medical Terminology Accurately.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: In Addition To Being Fluent In Somali, The Ideal Candidate Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology In Both Somali And English.
