The Vice President of Women's Health will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to expand our women’s health services and ensure their success. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, and inspire our team to reach their highest potential.Required Qualifications:• Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field• At least 8 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in women's health• Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex clinical programs• Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
