Workforce Management Data Analyst

Allina Health System is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Workforce Management Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will use data to support the management of our workforce and ensure that our team is optimally staffed and that our processes are as efficient as possible. You will also be responsible for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data and the development of reports to identify key trends, areas for improvement, and potential solutions.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field and at least one year of experience in data analysis and workforce management.
