Floor Manager

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our team at AllSaints. The Floor Manager will be the face of the company, interacting with customers and providing them with the highest level of customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, providing guidance and support to the team, and ensuring that all customer needs are met.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience in a supervisory role, strong leadership and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering the best customer experience possible. You should also be an excellent communicator and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Manage the inventory, ordering, stocking, and pricing of merchandise.
4. Maintain a neat and orderly store environment.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
6. Assist in training, coaching, and onboarding of new employees.
7. Monitor sales and adjust strategies to maximize profits.
8. Analyze store data and devise strategies for improvement.
9. Track and report on store performance metrics.
10. Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales.
