Job Description

AllSaints is seeking a Shipping Lead to join our Warehouse Team and be the driving force behind our order fulfillment.We’re looking for a Shipping Lead who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, able to effectively manage a team, and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be capable of making quick decisions in fast-paced situations.You will be responsible for leading and directing the daily activities of the Shipping Team, ensuring all orders are packed and shipped accurately and efficiently. You’ll also serve as a point of contact for other warehouse and customer service teams, developing and maintaining strong working relationships.If you’re looking for an opportunity to join a growing, team-oriented organization, we’d love to review your qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and direct the daily activities of the Shipping Team.
  2. Ensure all orders are packed and shipped accurately and efficiently.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for other warehouse and customer service teams, developing and maintaining strong working relationships.
  4. Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Utilize excellent problem-solving skills and be capable of making quick decisions in fast-paced situations.
  6. Deliver outstanding customer service.
  7. Effectively manage a team.
  8. Work to continuously improve the order fulfillment process.
