Shipping Lead

This includes providing coaching and mentoring, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of shipping and logistics personnel, providing coaching, mentoring, goal-setting and objective-setting.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained by continuously monitoring and responding to customer feedback.
3. Monitor and evaluate team performance in order to meet customer expectations.
4. Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
5. Develop and maintain working relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
6. Maintain shipping and logistics records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
7. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
8. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the shipping and logistics process.
9. Manage resources and budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
10. Create and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
