It is essential that you have prior retail or customer service experience and have a strong work ethic and organizational skills. We would also prefer someone with knowledge of our product range and inventory system. Above all, you must be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Unload shipments, count items, and organize merchandise in stockroom and on sales floor.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
3. Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and product returns.
4. Ensure shelves are stocked and organized neatly according to store standards.
5. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
7. Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
8. Monitor security and safety of stockroom and sales floor.
9. Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
10. Actively promote sales and discounts.
