Job Description

At Allstate, we’re looking for an experienced and talented 1st Party Casualty Adjuster to join our team. We’re seeking an individual who is passionate about their work, highly organized, and has the skill to quickly assess and resolve complex property and casualty claims.We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a timely manner. If you have a strong customer service orientation and the ability to think proactively and handle challenging situations, then we want to hear from you.You should also be an independent worker who can take initiative and ownership of your projects. This individual must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be a strong negotiator, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.It’s essential that you have a valid Property and Casualty Adjuster license in the state of operation, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in a Casualty Adjuster role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and resolve complex property and casualty claims
  • Multi-task, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Think proactively and handle challenging situations
  • Take initiative and ownership of projects
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a valid Property and Casualty Adjuster license
  • Research and analyze claim information
  • Maintain accurate records and document all claim activity
