We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Director - National Accounts to join our team at Allstate. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing national accounts in a complex and ever-evolving environment.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and successful company, and to use your expertise to help drive our organization to new heights. In addition, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage national accounts in a complex and ever-evolving environment.
  2. Develop and implement best practices for success.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop and implement strategies for acquisition and retention of national accounts.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs.
  7. Develop and deliver presentations to potential and existing customers.
  8. Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
  9. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives.
  10. Monitor and analyze performance against objectives, and take corrective action as needed.
