- Collaborate with the talent development team to identify and select top candidates for the 2025 Early Talent – Data & Analytics Talent Development Program.
- Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum for the program, including onboarding, training, and ongoing development opportunities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to program participants, helping them to navigate their roles and develop their skills in data and analytics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure program participants have access to relevant projects and opportunities to apply their skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate regular check-ins and performance evaluations with program participants, providing feedback and support for their growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in data and analytics, and incorporate this knowledge into the program curriculum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas for improvement and innovation within the program.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the program, encouraging participants to take on new challenges and expand their skill set.
- Act as a liaison between program participants and the larger organization, promoting the value of the program and the contributions of its participants.
- Represent the program and Ally Financial at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting the program to potential candidates.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With A Proven Ability To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Sql, Or Other Statistical Software.
Familiarity With Data Visualization Tools And Techniques, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
