- Build and maintain relationships with dealer partners to ensure a strong partnership and maximize sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell Ally Financial's suite of F&I products and services to dealer partners, using a consultative sales approach.
- Understand and stay up-to-date on the automotive industry, including market trends and competitor offerings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to dealer partners, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to continuously improve and enhance our offerings.
- Conduct presentations and trainings to dealer partners on Ally Financial's products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Represent Ally Financial in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Automotive Finance And Insurance Sales
Strong Understanding Of F&I Products And Services, Including Compliance Regulations And Market Trends
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In A Fast-Paced, Competitive Environment
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Dealerships And Other Stakeholders.
