Analyst - Organizational Change Management

Participate in the project team to develop and deliver a change management plan following the Ally Change Management Methodology. Develop a detailed change impact assessment that identifies and evaluates the changes from current state to future state. Identify and document key stakeholders that will be impacted by the change. Create and execute a change management plan that takes impacted stakeholders from current state to future state. Work with the change management team to identify and deploy listening mechanisms such as focus groups or a change readiness assessment. Work with the Learning & Development group to identify training needs and coordinate the development of training material. Identify and work closely with senior leadership to help them sponsor the change. Challenge leadership in a tactful way. Identify issues and risks and escalate them appropriately.
