  1. Analyze and synthesize large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement for the organization.
  2. Create and maintain reporting and dashboards to provide critical insights to the leadership team.
  3. Support the organization's business decisions by providing accurate and timely data analysis.
  4. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
  6. Develop and implement data quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports and dashboards.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and data analysis.
  10. Take ownership of the reporting and dashboarding process and proactively identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reporting and dashboards, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements as needed.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and procedures.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, when handling sensitive data.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in data analysis and reporting.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for reporting and dashboards, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
