  1. Perform thorough audits of the auto finance, insurance, and human resources departments to identify potential risks, compliance issues, and areas for improvement.

  3. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  4. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant departments and management.

  7. Monitor and evaluate internal controls and procedures to identify weaknesses and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain accurate documentation of audit processes and results.
  9. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to provide updates on audit progress and discuss any issues that may arise.
  10. Take a proactive approach to identifying potential areas for improvement and making suggestions for process enhancements.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on auto finance, insurance, and human resources processes and procedures.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  14. Continuously strive to improve audit processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Auditing Within The Automotive Finance And Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Auto Finance And Insurance.

  • Experience Conducting Audits Of Hr Processes And Procedures.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.
