  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to employees in the automotive industry.
  2. Utilize expertise and knowledge to create engaging and effective training materials.
  3. Conduct training sessions in person or virtually, using a variety of teaching methods.
  4. Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to meet the changing needs of the automotive industry.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends, new technology, and best practices to incorporate into training programs.
  7. Provide coaching and support to employees to help them apply their training to their roles.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all training programs.
  9. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for employees seeking further development and knowledge in the automotive industry.
  11. Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, providing training on company culture, policies, and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop customized programs to meet those needs.
  13. Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Establish and maintain relationships with external training resources and vendors.
  15. Stay up to date on industry certifications and credentials and encourage employees to pursue them for professional development.
