  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize fixed operations for dealership clients.
  2. Monitor and analyze dealership performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with dealership management to establish goals and objectives for fixed operations.
  4. Conduct regular on-site visits to provide support and guidance to dealership staff.
  5. Train dealership employees on best practices for fixed operations and customer service.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Act as a liaison between dealership clients and Ally Financial, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in dealership operations to effectively advise clients.
  9. Prepare and present reports on fixed operations performance to senior management.
  10. Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability for dealership clients.
  11. Conduct market research and provide insights to dealership clients on industry competition and best practices.
  12. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with other departments within Ally Financial to provide a comprehensive and cohesive experience for dealership clients.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company with integrity at all times.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the fixed operations process for both dealership clients and Ally Financial.
