That's why we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Manager of Workday Reporting & Analytics. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from our Workday platform to inform key business decisions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about leveraging data to drive organizational efficiency and has a strong background in Workday reporting and analytics.   1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the utilization and effectiveness of data within the Workday platform.
  2. Lead a team of analysts in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from the Workday platform.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  5. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Workday platform.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Workday reporting and analytics capabilities and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  7. Train and mentor team members on Workday reporting and analytics tools, techniques, and processes.
  8. Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Workday reporting and analytics function.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continually improve processes and drive innovation within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Workday Reporting And Analytics Tools - A Qualified Manager In This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Workday Reporting And Analytics, Including Experience With Creating Custom Reports, Dashboards, And Data Analysis.

  • Knowledge Of Hr And Financial Processes - As A Financial Institution, Ally Financial's Manager Of Workday Reporting And Analytics Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr And Financial Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Budgeting.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills - The Manager In This Role Will Be Responsible For Leading Projects Related To Workday Reporting And Analytics, So Strong Project Management Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Plan, Execute, And Track Project Progress.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills - The Manager Will Work Closely With Various Teams, Including Hr, Finance, And It, To Gather Requirements And Deliver Reports And Analytics. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
