Extensive Experience With Workday Reporting And Analytics Tools - A Qualified Manager In This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Workday Reporting And Analytics, Including Experience With Creating Custom Reports, Dashboards, And Data Analysis.
Knowledge Of Hr And Financial Processes - As A Financial Institution, Ally Financial's Manager Of Workday Reporting And Analytics Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr And Financial Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Budgeting.
Excellent Project Management Skills - The Manager In This Role Will Be Responsible For Leading Projects Related To Workday Reporting And Analytics, So Strong Project Management Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Plan, Execute, And Track Project Progress.
