  1. Develop and implement advanced security solutions to protect Ally Financial's digital assets.
  2. Lead and oversee the implementation of cyber security protocols, policies, and procedures.
  3. Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
  6. Provide guidance and support to junior members of the cyber security team.
  7. Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, and take appropriate action to contain and mitigate the impact.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with security standards.
  9. Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  10. Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees on cyber security threats and best practices.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation related to security procedures, protocols, and incident response plans.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments on security-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Cybersecurity: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Cybersecurity, With A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Threats, Vulnerabilities, And Attack Techniques.

  • Advanced Technical Knowledge: A Principal Cyber Security Engineer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Operating Systems, Programming Languages, And Network Infrastructure, As Well As Experience With Security Tools And Techniques Such As Intrusion Detection, Threat Intelligence, And Vulnerability Management.
