
Sanctions Analyst
Knowledge of the laws applicable to OFAC requirements, to include the BSA, The Patriot Act, U.S. Treasury AML guidelines, and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements. Stay apprised of OFAC and regulatory matters and developments through regular review of appropriate compliance publications and websites and by participating in relevant compliance conferences and other training events. Perform quarterly Quality Assurance for Enterprise Sanction alerts to ensure consistency with Sanctions procedures and correct disposition was applied. Update AML and Sanctions policies and procedures as needed. Ensure that policies and procedures accurately reflect current processes. Escalate to Enterprise Sanctions Manager any customer activities and pertaining to Sanctions matters. Support Sanctions Manager with Audit and Exam system walk throughs and pulling of requested documents.
Experience with strong understanding OFAC regulations
Interest in foreign policy and international relations
CAMS designation and/or Sanctions Certification preferred
3+ years of financial crimes experience or regulatory compliance
