  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement within the SmartAuction platform.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability of the SmartAuction platform.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  4. Utilize project management skills to ensure timely and successful execution of initiatives.
  5. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of implemented strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the automotive auction marketplace.
  7. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  8. Work closely with the SmartAuction team to provide support and guidance in achieving business objectives.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, dealers, and auction partners.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
  11. Train and mentor junior analysts to develop their analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  12. Embody a proactive and results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving business goals.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Business Operations Or Financial Analysis Role
